How do I care for my pottery?

Most of the pots made are dishwasher safe, microwave, and oven safe. However if you have a piece that has gold lustre, it is not microwave or dishwasher safe. To keep from “losing your luster”, hand washing is recommended.

Shipping & Handling

Your pottery will be shipped within 1 week of placing your order. Please contact me if you require rushed shipping, or shipping out of the country. I will provide tracking information via e-mail to you once an item is shipped. I will insure your items for shipping. Shipping options will be provided at checkout. A copy of your receipt will be included in your order.
 

Custom orders

I will make custom orders during down-times,(January-Feb; May-July). These items can take several weeks to complete and ship out. During busy times I am limited to making items that are already in production ie; changing the glaze color on tumblers, customizing a mug with lettering. Custom orders can take 6-8 weeks depending on my production schedule. Please contact me if you have a custom order.
